About relink Ventures

History of reLink Ventures

reLink Ventures (originally newVista Group) was founded in 1996 out of the business experiences of Founder, A. Ray Dalton. Ray has successfully raised professional Venture capital from twelve separate firms, each time providing significant returns to shareholders. Ray continues to have an exceptional track record in entrepreneurship, having created and successfully exited nine successful companies including the divestiture of National MD and OneSource Services to General Electric. He has also completed divestitures to Greathill Partners, TRW, Steris/Amsco and Tenet.

Why Choose reLink Ventures?

Ray realized early-stage growing companies needed more than capital – they also needed strategic consulting, assistance in building advisory boards, and introductions to legal representation, banking, accounting, and most importantly – customers. reLink Ventures was created to provided companies capital, experience, and accelerated success. In addition to fully-funded capital investments, reLink Ventures gets involved with strategy support and deployment. We believe our 100+ years of combined experience, industry contacts and the ability to generate revenue makes reLink Ventures the best choice as investment partners.
